Hours of Operation
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
- Weekend service and after hours available by appointment.
Services
- ASAP- This should have been done already! Your job becomes our priority! Delivery in max thirty minutes from the call-in time. These can be requested throughout the day until 4:30 p.m.
- 1 HOUR- Guaranteed delivery within an hour. Request deadline for these is 4:00 p.m.
- 2 HOUR- Guaranteed delivery within a two hour time frame. Order these until 3:00 p.m.
- 3 HOUR- Delivery guaranteed in three hours or less. Order these until 2:00 p.m.
- End Of Day- We'll make sure delivery is finished by closing time!
Special Handling Conditions
BULK- Anything between 3-10 lbs will incur a bulk charge of $2.
- Parcels over 10 lbs will be charged $1 per each additional lb.
- For deliveries involving multiple parcels expect load/unload time fees. Generally $5 for every other piece after the first three pieces.
WAIT TIME
- Please do not call in a job until it is ready!
- Anything after 5 minutes will be charged $1 per minute.
PICK-UPS
- Parcels to be picked up at a satellite location and returned will accrue 'same day' charges.
MULTI-STOP DELIVERIES
- Parcels to delivered to more then one location, in chronological order, will be considered a 'special' and accrue such charges.
CANCELLATIONS
- Will be billed 50% of requested service total.
WRONG ADDRESSES
- A 'Special Rates' fee of appropriate zone will be added to the delivery charge.
CAMPUS/RESIDENTIAL
- $5 charge will be added.
Limitations of Liability
It is understood and agreed that Customer’s material, EQUAL VALUE OF $100 OR MORE, is transported at Customer’s sole risk. At no time whatsoever or under any circumstances shall Bootleg Courier Company, LLC be held liable, either financially or otherwise, for any lost profits or other damages caused by the loss, damage or destruction of materials belonging to the client or to any other party while in transit or in possession by Bootleg Courier Company, LLC unless value is expressly declared in writing at least one business day in advance and signed by an authorized Bootleg Courier Company, LLC. representative.

Some service levels for outer areas are not stated because certain deliveries cannot be executed within the allotted request time. For example, Reno to Gardnerville in under an hour is not possible.
Circumstances may arise beyond our control that may cause a late delivery. Examples of this would be: severe weather, adverse traffic conditions, public or private events, earthquakes, riots, floods, acts of God, etc. In such instances Bootleg Courier Company, LLC will make all reasonable attempts to notify the client of any delays so that other options may be explored, but we cannot be held in any way liable, either financially or otherwise.
